1.77" Auriculatus Shark Tooth

Carcharocles auriculatus is an ancestor to the Megalodon. The early Carcharocles auriculatus has large serrations and profound serrated side cusps. This tooth represents the evolution from Otodus obliquus to the Auriculatus. These teeth are very rare, early Eocene in age (approx. 55 Million Years Ago).
